Recruitment:

Handling complete recruitment cycle

Understanding man- power requisition from the concerned department.

Sourcing the candidate that match the desired profile.

Scrutinize the resume of the candidates.

Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as required.

Encouraging employees to provide reference for better prospects.

Arranging technical interview with the concerned department & coordinating with the concerned person.

Communicating the employee status to the applied candidates.

Maintaining & updating the database of the candidates.

Conducting reference check of the shortlisted candidates.

Handle the joining formalities of the selected candidates.

Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to HR Manager.

Induction & On-boarding

Issuing appointment/ offer letter with brief working agreements or policies for the selected candidates.

Coordinating with the IT Department for creating email id.

Collecting required documents from the new joinee.

Introducing the joinee to the team & supervisors/managers.

HR Policies & Manuals

Preparing or amending the HR policies when required.

See to it that is no grievance amongst employees.

Attendance & Leave Records

Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.

Filing the leave forms & keeping a track on the leaves taken by the employees.

Take strict disciplinary action in case of excess absenteeism or late coming of employees.

Exit Formalities

Conducting exit interviews of the candidates who are resigning.

Check the relieving formalities are conducted properly.

Issuing relieving & experience letter.

To look after the full & final settlement of the employees.

PROFILE REQUIREMENT

Minimum graduation MBA in HR or Diploma in HR

Proven relevant experience

Should have hands on experience on domestic/ international job portals

Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
