?1. To locate potential customers from the sectors and areas provided or from the

?2. Meet potential customers after seeking their appointment.
?3. Try and maximise number of daily calls (at least 8 calls a day).
?4. Identify customers suitable to our company's needs.
?5. Try and get inquiries after making a suitable presentation.
?6. Submit quotations and try and close the order.
?7. Stay in touch with the current customer for repeat / new orders.
?8. Collect outstanding receivables from clients as per due date.
?9. Submit daily report to the management in the prescribed format.
10. Co-ordinate with PPC at the plant and send purchase orders in time.
11. Co-ordinate with clients for delivery of products as and when needed.
12. Capability to handle a team of 2-3 executives after a period of one year.
